It appears like the once-popular HQ Trivia app has more shows in the works. Following an advertisement for a new HQ-esque “America’s Funniest Home Videos” type-show being spotted by one of our contributors, we began digging into the page behind this ad. Following some digging and the usage of the Facebook Ads Transparency feature, we then were able to see that HQ had several new concepts being advertised on Intermedia Lab’s defunct app Hype’s Facebook page.
Following our original leaks yesterday, it appears HQ Trivia took steps to try and stop the leak from circulating any further. As of 5:00pm on April 15, 2019, it was noted that these ads for new HQ concepts had been pulled likely by the company’s CEO who days prior had made a comment about Facebook’s effectiveness in advertising new concepts and in-development ideas.
Before they were gone without a trace, we screen-shotted and saved the preview-videos. Below, you can find them.
